Polymarket vows to fight France block as UK bets face scrutiny

Polymarket says it will fight a block of its platform ordered by France’s gambling regulator, the Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ), according to SBC News.
The New York firm argues the ANJ’s block against its French online presence “targets people going to Playmarket purely for information, not to trade”. Polymarket also says “most people come to Polymarket solely to learn the …” as scrutiny continues around UK “Posh George” bets.
