Merkur Group accelerates US expansion with White Hat Studios acquisition

Merkur Group has agreed to acquire White Hat Studios as part of a move to expand its US operations. The company presented the purchase as a significant step to grow its footprint across the United States and to accelerate activity in that market.

The deal follows Merkur’s recent addition of Nevada-licensed game and machine supplier Gaming Arts to its portfolio. Merkur says the Gaming Arts move and the White Hat Studios acquisition together are intended to accelerate the group's US growth.
