Kenya’s new gambling regime: what happened

Kenya’s Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) has officially gazetted a new set of regulatory laws for operators under a newly formed regime. The package consists of six regulations that came into effect on 30th June and, following a three-day notice period, became binding for all gaming operations in the country.
